Stephanie Delmore, Victim Assistance Coordinator and Employee Support Coordinator for Parishes and Schools

  • First responder to critical incidents to provide support to staff in parishes and schools.
     
  • Training for staff in relevant areas of need. Stephanie to work with Dr. Cepelka and Associate Superintendents to determine need.
     
  • Development of Resources and Referral sources for various educational, social-emotional and mental health needs.

It is not Stephanie’s role to become involved in conflict mediation for staff or to advise on individual discipline issues with students.
